Architecture Bureau

The Architecture Bureau drafts all plans for, and approves the design of, all buildings in the central areas of Pavia.

The bureau is headed by his grace Gobblin, the Duke of Windermere and Royal Architect.

Role of the bureau

The bureau has “sovereign powers” over all contruction in Pavia, including in ducal territories.

This excludes churchland. But churches must have approval from the Architecture Bureau before building anything. It is unclear if there is any difference between these requirements.

The bureau must establish clear stylistic guidelines for building in Pavia.

The bureau is responsible for ensuring all buildings adhere with these guidelines.

No guidelines have yet been issued.
