Land in Pavia is owned by the dukes or is crownland or churchland.

Duchies

Duchies are the area of land given to a duke by the Crown Prince.

They vary in size and have their own rules.

You should contact the duke for more information about their land.

Crownland

Crownland is managed by the Crown Prince on behalf of Pavia.

Any duke may add to crownland from their ducal territory.

The Crown Prince may redistribute crownland to any other land type.

Churchland

Churches are allowed to administer churchland. It is not clear who has authority to make decisions about churchland.

Churches must have approval from the Architecture Bureau before building anything.

The Crown Prince may create or add to churchland from crownland. Any duke may add to churchland from their ducal territory.

The Crown Prince may redistribute churchland to any other land type.
